How is a virtual tour done?
Equirectangular images are required to create a tour. These images contain the information in 360 degrees deformed in a rectangle with a 1:2 proportion:
For this we have two options:
- 360 photographs, service only available in the provinces of Murcia and Alicante.
- Spherical render (computer generated images)
Once the images are obtained, they are assembled in specialized software and uploaded to our server. Being only necessary to access the link to visit the tour:

How long can I use the tour?
Once the 360 photo service has been contracted, the included virtual tour is free and unlimited. That is, you do not need to pay anything to keep it running.
We publish the Virtual Tour on Google Maps
We publish the virtual visit on Google Maps so that the client who finds you through google can also virtually tour your home or premises.
How much does the render + tour pack cost?
Photorealistic 360 renders require 3d modeling. The price will depend on the complexity of the modeling and the number of images to extract.
How much does the 360+tour photo pack cost?
(We only work in Murcia and Alicante, Spain)
The 360 photography service + virtual tour has a cost of:
120 euros (+VAT) per dwelling/business premises of up to 80 m2.
150 euros (+VAT) per dwelling/business premises of up to 80-120m2
200 euros (+VAT) per dwelling/business premises of up to 150-200m2
From 200m2 the cost of the virtual tour will be €1/m2 (+VAT)
The measurement of the size of the dwellings or premises will correspond to that indicated in the cadastral reference.

Embed the tour on your website
Each virtual tour is a web address of our server where the linked 360 photos are hosted. It is already programmed to be responsive with all devices. By embedding it on your website you can show the tours to your customers without taking up space on your page.
